First open the Steam app, click on its menu and select Setttings option.
You need to make some changes with its settings. If you have already installed the Steam app, it may causes the controller not working normally. Finally your controller works like how it should on a regular tablet or computer.
Under the hardware tab, find the drivers which is AlphaMouse to open its Properties, and uninstall the device completely.
Return to Control Panel, and go to Keyboard.
Select the one which has set its location as AlphaMouse, click on Properties option at the bottom, switch to the Driver tab and click on Disable option.
There are two of “HID-compliant mouse” from the list.
Double click on Mouse, and go to the hardware tab.
From your desktop, click or tap on the Search icon on the taskbar, type Control panel into Search box, and select the top matched one from results.
The driver may make it acting like a mouse or keyboard.
